Product Support Representatives – Field Based
This team are field based, and their main role is to maintain relationships with the customer after they’ve received their machines. They advise customers on how to get the most from their machine and assist with break downs, replacement parts and service contracts.
Service Administrators – All Locations
The main responsibility of our service administrators is contacting customers to book in their services and working with the field service engineers in collating information and closing jobs for invoicing. They are very organised and great at communicating.
Parts sales & purchasing – Redditch
Our parts sales and purchasing team are great communicators and ensure that customers and other team members order the correct parts needed.
Telemarketing – Redditch
This team provides communication over the phone to present and prospective customers. They focus on promoting the company’s current parts and service offers.
Warehouse – Redditch
Our warehouse workers play an important role in ensuring that customers get the correct part they’ve ordered and fast. They are great at maintaining a safe working environment and following compliance.
Technical Support – Redditch
