COMPACT range: Eleven breakers, from 65 to 1.190kg cover the utility and midi excavator market. Our range of breakers are designed with a compact and light body, improving machine stability, operator visibility and comfort. Within the breaker, the set-up is simple and reliable – fewer parts for fewer risks: no tie-rods but with high quality genuine component parts, automatic pressure regulation, high back pressure tolerance and blank firing protection.
LARGE range: Four heavy-duty breakers designed to cut a swathe through any material in its path. Suitable for carriers between 20 to 80-tonne, our range of breakers will automatically adjust their working frequency depending on the hardness of the material.
Large diaphragm accumulator: Full power, day after day. Smoothens pressure spikes, protecting the carrier.
Advanced blank firing protection as standard: Protect your investment! Piston movement is not interrupted, but impact is prevented by a hydraulic brake. Saves time and money.
High back pressure tolerance: The H-series utility breakers can work on any machine, thanks to their high tolerance for back pressure.
Pressure regulator valve: Maintains a constant operating pressure, providing powerful impact strokes, whatever the conditions. On some models, the valve can also divert up to 15% of excessive flow, protecting the breaker from damage.
Compact and light housing: The H-series utility breakers are incredibly compact, enabling better operator visibility and greater stability and comfort.
Fully suspended, silent: The fully suspended powercell reduces shock wave transmission, resulting in higher operator comfort and less noise.
Automatic greasing system: Optional on JMHB100H-1 and standard on all larger models, the automatic greasing system continuously provides the optimal amount of grease to the breaker.
Automatic 2-speed selection: 200% energy variation in 1s. Fully automatic speed selection allows for maximum production capacity in any condition and protects the breaker from excessive impact forces.
Swivel hose couplings: The hoses are connected on articulated couplings, allowing them to move freely, for less breakage risk and a longer lifetime.
Right tool for each job: Standard- Moil point, pyramid, chisel or blunt tool. Specials – Special tools are available for dust extraction, super abrasive applications or work in soft ground.
