In September 2024 Derbyshire based Longcliffe Quarries upgraded their haul truck to a Komatsu HD605-8. The truck is used daily at their Brassington Moor Quarry to move material from the rock face to their primary crusher. We visited recently to see how it was faring and to hear about any benefits the new technology has brought them. And the results are very positive in terms of efficiency and subsequential environmental improvements!
