By offering a variety of extended warranty options, we can ensure that your new machine is kept operating at optimum efficiency and peak productivity.

For peace of mind, you can include an extended warranty when you purchase your new machine or at any time prior to your standard warranty expiring.  Designed to lower the total cost of ownership, our extended warranties are available with flexible options ranging from two to six years, and from 3000-10,000 hours to suit your application.

Coverage (depending on warranty option):
– Genuine Komatsu Parts or Components for warrantable repair works
– Labour and mileage charges for warrantable repair works
– Dedicated and fully qualified service engineers
– KOMTRAX satellite communication
– Maintenance and KDPF cleaning as outlined in the Komatsu Care program
– Undercarriage measurement where applicable
– Komatsu Oil and Wear Analysis (KOWA)

Optional coverage:
– Travel labour charges for warrantable repair
– Excess charge for warrantable repair works
– Repair or replacement of fuel injectors
– Repair or replacement of hoses
– Repair of replacement of undercarriage
