Marubeni-Komatsu introduces the WA70-7 Compact Wheel Loader with a 36,9 kW longitudinally installed engine, an operating weight of 5 tonnes, and a bucket volume of 0,75m³ – 1.25m³, the machine’s design focuses on providing a better driving performance and on meeting customers’ needs. It reduces operational costs, complies with the latest emission requirements and improves safety levels. Very compact and user-friendly, the WA70-7 Compact Wheel Loader is at home in confined spaces, is handy for moving material on construction and excavation sites, and is equally at ease at road working. As its Dash 6 predecessor, this wheel loader is equipped with ‘Easy Fork’, to combine parallel movement and Z kinematics. This provides a high break out force and allows heavy payloads with pallet fork applications. The WA70-7 performs an unrivalled variety of tasks with the highest level of productivity and reliability. As standard, it is equipped with a quick coupler and a third auxiliary hydraulic line for changing attachments quickly and easily (4×1 bucket, pallet fork or sweeper).
The Dash 7 compact wheel loader includes Komtrax™, Komatsu’s exclusive wireless monitoring system. Komtrax™ uses transmission of data via GPRS for a more stable communication, especially in urban areas or when working inside buildings. The machine’s location will still be detected by Global Positioning System (GPS) and data will be accessible on the same internet site as for other Komtrax™ units.
The tilting cabin is also standard. For servicing, the tilting cabin gives quick and easy access to all major components of the machine. The quiet Ecot3, EU Stage IIIA, Komatsu engine provides top class performances and guarantees fuel efficiency – while keeping exhaust and noise emissions far below the required limits.
On Komatsu machines, special attention is given to safety: an engine shutdown secondary switch, the seat belt caution indicator, a back-up alarm, a reversing light and the electrical actuation of the third hydraulic circuit are all standard. In option; the WA70-7 also features Xenon lights, auto-inching, and big buckets.
