Service Contracts:
Includes routine interval services at 500 hours – includes:
- Oil Sampling
- Filter Replacement
- Filter Seal Replacement
The contract price includes parts, labour and the travel mileage associated with the completion of the service.
Spare parts are included along with any additional material required to complete the service. The contract also includes any necessary warranty parts (provided warranty was purchased with the machine).
At an extra cost, hydraulic oil changes and premium callouts can be included as add-ons (please discuss with your machine sales representative at point of machine sale)
SERVICE CONTRACTS
Our routine machine maintenance programmes, as approved by Komatsu, are designed to help protect your investment and ensure you obtain maximum output during the life of the machine.
You will benefit from regular full machine inspections, including Komatsu oil and wear analysis, with comprehensive reporting to Komatsu approved standards.
A service contract will make budgeting easier as you know the costs upfront – you can even choose between a fixed visit price or hourly rate billing.
We have a nationwide team of Komatsu trained mobile service engineers strategically located around the country and our service vans carry all the tooling and genuine Komatsu parts required get the job right first time.
A scheduled maintenance programme significantly reduces the likelihood of machine breakdowns and improves performance.
For further peace of mind consider taking an extended warranty too.
Option 1: Hourly-billed servicing
Customers are invoiced at the end of the month for the hours used, this amount builds for each 500-hour service to be completed.
A convenient option for machine owners looking to budget ahead and calculate long-term spend.
Option 2: Fixed Price
Customers are invoiced at every 500-hours interval service, rather than paying each month. Cost to be agreed with the service team.
Ideal for customers who only wish to be billed after the service has been completed.
